Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before March 1, 2013 will be eligible for a partial refund. Textbook fees of $100.00 and a $75.00 cancellation fee will be retained by NRPS. No refunds or transfers will be processed after March 1, 2013. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to NRPS@live.com by March 1, 2013.
Minimum Registration: NPRS will ship course material when the minimum registration number of 40 is met, tentatively March 27, 2013. NPRS suggests participants secure travel arrangements once the minimum number has been met.
